Aware of the importance of training young leaders who have a positive impact on their environment, we have created the Leader Training Program. A space in which students have the opportunity to interact in various training contexts and share with current leaders of our society. In this way, they acquire tools and skills in leadership, critical thinking, social projection and communication.

In agreement with different universities such as ICESI, we have created leadership training workshops that our students receive in the different alma maters.
